Goodwill Redwood Empire - Industrial Location (Santa Rosa)
A classic ‘Goodwill’ setup with a surprisingly nice front area of shoes and new items, followed by slightly chaotic clothing racks. Not the easiest to browse, but dig deep and you’ll find treasures.

The Goodwill Redwood Empire Industrial has the classic mix you’d expect, but the entrance gives it a little glow-up. Think Ross vibes with neatly displayed shoe racks and new bags (see photos). Once you step past that, though, things get a little less glamorous—clothing racks are packed and not the easiest to navigate. Still, if you’ve got patience, there are definitely treasures to be found.
Unlike some other Goodwills, this location has a book section plus a surprisingly fun lineup of DVDs, CDs, and even cassette players (throwback moment). Dressing rooms are closed—no surprise there, but still a bummer.
Go for the shoes and bags up front, stay if you’re in the mood to dig. Bonus points if you love flipping through old media!
